Celebrating Lottery wins… sort of!

We’re extremely pleased to announced we have been successful in securing an Arts Council England Lottery grant & a National Lottery Community Fund grant. 

The grant from Arts Council England will fund our summer outdoor performance project Outside In in partnership with mental health charity Trust Links.

Outside In is free to young people aged 10-15 yrs to create an outdoor performance; to empower, build resilience, confidence, learn, connect & grow – looking forward to a brighter future.

The grant from The National Lottery Community Fund will mean we can deliver two exciting projects this autumn.

Tales of The Sea with adults with learning disabilities in partnership with Project 49 & BLAST with young people from newly arrived families in partnership with charity Welcome To The UK.

Each of these projects responds to the mental health crisis due to reduced social interaction over successive lockdowns.

The projects will culminate in performances for invited audiences of friends, family & peers, building on a sense of achievement & belonging for the participants and amplifying voices of people often marginalised in our community.
