Creative Exchange: Tackling The Big Questions
This November, we have successfully launched and begun delivering our new Creative Routes project, supported by the National Lottery through Arts Council England. We have hosted two incredible sessions designed to empower and inspire creative professionals and educators alike. From our Creative Exchange focused on peer-to-peer skill-sharing in drama facilitation, to the Creative Minds initiative aimed at shaping the future of Teacher CPD, we’ve had the privilege of working alongside passionate individuals committed to making a difference.
Our Creative Exchange session held at Metal Southend was brimming with energy and collaboration as we dove into a topic that resonates deeply with our work: how to engage young people who don’t want to engage? Through lively discussions and hands-on exercises, we explored fresh ideas and uncovered valuable strategies. One of the most remarkable aspects of this session was the sense of community it fostered.
This feedback captures exactly what the Creative Exchange is all about—bringing people together to share, reflect and grow. For freelancers and practitioners, having a network of supportive peers makes all the difference.
A Step Toward the Future
Creative Exchange left us feeling inspired, energised and full of ideas for the future. Together, we’re creating a space where creativity can thrive, ideas can be explored, and meaningful connections can be made.
Thank you to everyone who joined us and made this session such a success! We can’t wait to see what’s next.
